AWESOME!! LOVED THIS ONE!!
Once in a while I come across a book that I fall in love with. That happened yesterday.
I got an email from Amazon a couple days ago with a "recommended" book - Just Ella by Annette K. Larsen. I looked at the cover and summary and was intrigued by it. It sounded right up my alley. I spent a while perusing the author's website and fell in love with the author before even starting this book.

This was a pleasant surprise. For some reason I didn’t have the highest expectation going into it. I think part of it was that I didn’t love the cover. I probably would have put off reading it for awhile if I hadn’t read the great reviews (especially Chrissy’s). I guess I’m a cover snob and I gravitate to the books with awesome covers (which doesn’t always mean you’ll get an awesome book. Unfortunately.)

It's true--I was one of those girls who wished to be a princess. In fact, I was obsessed with Princess Diana and even now love any "royal" news. How could I not absolutely fall in love with this story?! What I found to be ironic is that Ariella is a princess but doesn't really want to be one. How could she not? Well...after this glimpse, however fictional it may be, into the life of royalty, I could definitely understand her reasoning. That didn't make me love the story any less or cause me to w

This author drags her books on WAY too long. They wouldn't be so bad if she didn't try to drag them out with all sorts of lame-o drama.

Absolutely wonderful! Romance placed in a time of princesses, princes, knights and commoners. The romance was so sweet and so compelling, I cried, twice! And I usually don't cry for books. But, the romance was just so perfect I cried her tears...
One of the best books I've read. Go buy it now! I will definitely read more of this new author

I am a sucker for a nice, clean, sweet romance story and this book (and series) delivered! I would be fine letting Jenna read these books as well. Each heroine in the series is quite different and it was fun getting to know them and their story. A fun read and again, I look forward to more from this author.

3.5 stars - the book switched between sections where I got tired of reading about Ella bemoaning her lost love, and sections where she really progressed and moved forward. I feel like her relationship with her father wasn’t as fleshed out as it could have been - she goes from being the favorite daughter to being ignored for two years. He vacillated between being a background character to supposedly being a main character, so I felt like there were pieces missing in their relationship to really m

Really really loved this book. Couldn't put it down. Sweet and clean romance! Wish there were more like this one!

To be honest, I picked up this book because one of the characters has the same name as me - Marilee is the main character Ella's little sister. This is about a young woman who's father is king and she feels constricted by life in the castle. It's fun to see her explore common life and develop relationships with people outside the noble circle. There are a couple of points in the story where open, honest communication would really straighten things out, and it's a little frustrating to read when
