What Members Thought
I'm struggling to see why this book was so popular. Some of the ideas are interesting, and some of them were a bit of a stretch. The chapter that talked about teenage smoking seemed to contradict itself at times. It's not a bad read, but it's not well written. Some of the sentences were poorly structured, and the transitions were like a high school essay. Since this is Gladwell's first book, I might try another someday. I'm curious to see if his writing style has improved. All in all, an okay bo

I wasn't as interested in the ideas in this book as I was in the "Outliers" or maybe the book itself wasn't as interesting.

A little long, but very interesting and thought-provoking...
Surprisingly full of applicable ideas. I think if I read it again, I'll have a better idea of how to put them into use.
