Before reading this one, I read a lot of reviews stating that Witch Week is not a favorite Chrestomanci book. And I would agree. However, it was better than I expected, despite the rather unlovable students, due to the mystery aspect -- who is the witch in the class? And, of course, Chrestomanci's appearance is a highlight.

It was a quick read, interesting and funny. Well done characters and interactions, and an unexpected plot resolution. I really enjoyed it.
