2022 REVIEW: It was interesting to revisit this book post-pandemic. Historical fiction with a great combination of plot and history! I would recommend it to tweens, teens, and adults. This novel helped me understand more about life during the awful time of Philadelphia's 1793 yellow fever epidemic, but it is not a depressing book.
