"Like the 'Mortal Instruments' series, CLOCKWORK ANGEL is a story packed with mystery, action, drama, romance and enough twists and turns. But what really appeals to me more are the characters that populated it. Will, for instance, is a guy you will love and hate at the same time while Jem is very likable and intriguing. The others like Tessa, Charlotte, Jessamine, Henry, and Sophie are all very interesting and amusing to read. In fact, I am already attached to a whole lot of them!"

Loved this book, takes place in the Victorian era. Had all sorts of genres involved in this story, of course, this is the first book in the trilogy and had to download the 2nd Clockwork Prince as soon as I was finished with this one. Big bummer is that 3rd book not due out till this fall, will have to re-read the first 2 in order to read the 3rd.

Gave this 3 stars only because it didn't capture me like Mortal Instruments did. And i am obsessed with that series. So having said that, this book was still very good and I'm hooked to read the entire series. Already bought Clockwork Prince in fact.
