Shelves: childhood-favorites, read-aloud-chapter-books

I've recently started reading chapter books with my five year old daughter. We began with The Wizard of Oz, which she loved, and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe was second on our list. She hung onto every word of this book. Upon reading the last page, she declared it "magical and really weird. Everyone knows that wardrobes don't lead to strange lands! That's just crazy talk!" jeg havde slet ikke regnet med at jeg så godt ville kunne lide denne her. jeg synes den var virkelig god.

Aslan virkede anderledes i bogen, mere distanceret, end han gjorde i filmen, de var bange for ham, og det kunne jeg egentlig godt lide, selvom det er lidt sødere når han bare er så god (hvilket han jo også var, bare på en anden måde) og sød.

for min skyld måtte den godt være længere :)
