Re-read this with my husband...yes we read it aloud together :) let's hear the collective "AWwwwwww" and nope it is not the first time. We also read the entire Chronicles of Narnia series, The Fountainhead, and Inkheart this way!

Alright. Deep breaths. Review time. Can't do it. Still too shaky from the last 70 pages of this book. And that ending. Oh gawd.
Okay. Let's get down to business.
First off, I'd like to address all the things I wasn't so crazy about. That way when I talk about how the last 70 pages and some other moments totally redeemed the story, you will know what I'm talking about.

Wow, I mean reading this book, from page 1 I was addicted, it was amazing really, and truely. There wasn't one thing about this book I didn't like. Tris, was perfectly described and showed the true nature of a teenager even in the world she was living in, it was truely amazing that's really all I could say about Divergent.

Dystopian novels weren't really my cup of tea and I haven't read the popular ones like The Hunger Games (and wouldn't want to since I've seen the movie already). But this one is a very great introduction to the genre. Don't get me mistaken, I might have a thing for more serious novels, sometimes satire, but this novel by Veronica Roth made me realize that I still have bits of that giddy teenager I used to be.
