I don't know why I waited to read this! I absolutely adored The Night Circus. It has to be one of the most visual books I've ever read. The story was enchanting and the world Morgenstern created was simply gorgeous.

If the entire book was as good as the ending, I would have been more impressed. I wanted to like this book a lot and I loved parts of it but overall found it too cluttered. Two magicians are thrust into a duel with each other without knowing the rules of the game or who they are due

I love taking part in these challenges because it takes me out of my comfort zone and allows me to the freedom to pick up a book I might not have previously.
