I loved this book. I loved Bernadette. She got such a bad wrap. Funny, quick and written in choppy entries that flowed well.

This is one of the best epistolary novels I've ever read. It ranks up there with Up the Down Staircase by Bel Kaufman. I've been looking for a book like this for years. I only stumbled on this one, accidentally.

SUCH a funny lighthearted book! I thoroughly enjoyed all the references to Seattle since my son now lives there.
Quirky, original, well-paced and entirely satisfying.
Unexpected. Quirky. Fun. I could not put this one down. These kinds of books are rare for me to find. Loved every minute of it!
