Up until the last about 15% of this, it was a 2.5/3, but the whirlwind towards the end brought it way up.

I started this without reading anything about the story. I have read Colleen Hoover books before so I couldn't go wrong, right? I was immediately hooked and at the same time a bit shocked. Like, what the actual h-e-l-l? This is a great read, suspenseful and intriguing. I didn't actually see the end coming and I thought I was pretty good at reading and guessing twists and turns. Shelves: thriller

Interesting premise. Somewhat (okay, completely) unbelievable twist. The main characters are pretty horrible (all three of them). There is explicit sex, and child abuse, which was really too much to take.
