What Members Thought
An interesting book. It starts out as a simple werewolf romance/love triangle. At some point I realized it was much more and I loved it that much more.
I struggled to understand the relationship between the Keepers, the Guardians and the Searchers. I don't really consider the humans a major player in the story. They seem more like backdrop and props for the most part and they're even pretty much ignored by the paranormal folks.

I understand that a lot of the time things have to happen really fast in books. Life is accelerated into a wham, bam thank you ma’am sort of way that is sometimes a little uncomfortable (ie: I’ve known you for all of two minutes and I’m in love with you and not just that love at first sight love, but the whole body, deep in my soul type of love that you can really only find in books). Really enjoyed this book....

I was quite disappointed with this book, especially after reading quite a lot of very positive reviews. I found the whole story rather predictable and could see the "big revelation" coming from miles away. Still, I probably would have enjoyed it more if I had actually found any of the main characters likable, but I just didn't care about any of them.
