Rock hard solid 4♥'s. Definitely will continue the series, I was pleasantly surprised by this. The best way I can think to describe it, if you take the movies V.I. Warshowski and mash it with Blade Runner, then subtract the homicidal androids and turn it into a book, you have Naked in Death.

Hard boiled female cop, serial murders, and an uber rich, hot, Irish guy. What's not to love? ...more

4 stars. My first time reading Nora Roberts and if the writing of her as J.D. Robb is anything to go by, I can see why she's such a prolific author.

I loved the writing. The world building and set up was really cool and I loved reading about it since it's set in the future. The little nuances and everything was fascinating. I enjoy a good murder/crime novel and this was definitely that. Eve Dallas is a cop and a very interesting character with a horrible past. She's strong and smart and so well ...more
