What Members Thought
Rating is really besides the point for novels like this. And I don't know what to think of it really. At first, I was thinking - oh, get over yourself! I found it quite heavy going at times. It seemed to be belabouring the point endlessly. Then I read some of the introduction again - he wrote it when he was 50 and the character is 50. I am 50. Am I going through a mid-life crisis?
