3.5 stars. There was a lot of food for thought in this book. One dreams of 'making it big' and becoming a superstar, but what happens when the dream becomes reality? Last Night at Chateau Marmont was a thoughtful exploration of this topic. The ending was refreshing, although I was worrying about how the story could possibly end satisfactorily. Much to my happiness, it did.

I liked this book, it is a good story about a marriage on shaky ground. I liked Brooke's character, she is a very strong woman, who I liked. I definitely liked this book better than Chasing Harry Winston. ...more

Good fluffy chick-lit. If you are looking for an easy entertaining story this is the book for you. Not a giant fan of the writing, but the story hooked me... kind of like gossip magazine hooks me... :)
