I luuuuuurved this book. It has a very interesting premise which keeps you thinking and guessing towards the beginning. While the writing is witty and sharp at points, the author paints a beautiful love story that depicts a very real and honest relationship between two people. The author lives and works in Chicago (School of the Art Institute grad!)and much of the story takes place in familiar parts of the city.

A very popular novel and deservedly so - Niffenegger understands her craft very well. Also worth noting is the excellent (and accurate) local color - it's always pleasing to see places you're familiar with in a novel.
