Basic premise: Stoneham is a small, touristy town in southern NH about an hour or so from the coast. It is well known to tourists and booklovers alike because much of the downtown consists of specialty bookstores. The main character, Tricia, runs a mystery bookshop called "Haven't Got a Clue." In this first book, another bookshop proprietor is found murdered and a rare book is missing from her shop. Tricia Miles runs a mystery bookstore in Stoneham, New Hampshire. The owner of the neighboring cookbook bookstore is murdered and Tricia becomes the prime suspect. The premise of the book sounded cute but I had many problems with the book. Tricia is really annoying and unlikable which is fine for some books but not what I'm looking for in a cozy mystery.
