this book wasn't bad, but i was disappointed. i really like the king arthur legend, but for some reason i had a really hard time paying attention to what was happening, especially during all talk about war, politics, etc. i found myself skimming a lot of the book waiting to get to something interesting. it was nice to read a book about the king arthur legend from the point of view of merlin. i would like to read the next books in the series that actually take place during the lifetime of arthur.
