I had started this book once before and quit because I didn't like Isabel. Not sure what possessed me to pick it up again (maybe needing a "U" author for a challenge?) and I still have to say I really, really did not like Isabel. I didn't much care for her sister Linda either. The mystery plot itself was very interesting and kept me from putting the book down again. Isabel Raine is a successful author married to Marcus a software designer. The one day Marcus disappears. Soon after that his office is trashed and all her money disappears. Isabel then sets out to find out who she was really married to. The story is somewhat suspenseful but Isabel does a lot of stupid actions.
