This is more like a 3.5 ⭐️
I enjoyed this and sped through it. It gets a slightly lower rating because the I figured out “who done it” really early on. But overall, it was a pretty good start to a series. The characters are excellent. Very well developed and very likeable. At least in book one, they’re the real strength here.
