I appreciate it very much for the perspective of my city (Bucharest) and the country at the beginning of modern Romania (1860s to 1880s). The only thing for which I decided to remove the last star from the rating is the prose style of this contemporary writer. He should really benefit more if decides to break down page long paragraphs in several smaller ones. Despite this minor obstacle, it is crisp and concise, thus easy to read.
