I now understand why this series is so popular with my GR friends. I was shocked by the events that unfolded in this book as it related to the murder of a hermit who lives deep in the woods of Three Pines.

I am glad to have discovered this series and look forward to learning more about the residents of Three Pines as the series unfolds.

I highly recommend it if you haven't started it yet. ...more

Great mystery, lots of twists and turns and though I didn’t love the ending, it was a surprise! I love this series and was happy to be back in Three Pines for 500 pages.
