Vintage Gerritsen with Jane Rizzoli having mst of the action in this one. The Chinese immigrant population in Boston figures prominently in this one and one learns something of their problems as well as Chinese folklore. Fromher experiences in this book as well as the experiences of other characters, Jane learns more about what it means to be a mother. Plenty of vivid descriptions in this one so if violence is offensive to you, read fast or skip parts of this one
