I loved the characters
Light read which may have been better if I was more familiar with all of Austen's novels. Maybe it was intended to be more humourous than it actually read for me. And there was a "royal we" narrator in one section that was completely not in keeping with the rest of the novel but may have been assuming the narration style of the Austen book that section was focusing on. But it really changed the way I read and enjoyed this book.

Maybe it's because I haven't read all the Austen books... or maybe because there didn't really seem to be a story. Didn't really enjoy this one.
