Two different magazine reviews assured me that this book would be wonderfully funny, even laugh-out-loud funny. Let me assure you: this book was Not Funny. I didn't even crack a smile. I enjoyed this book from start to finish and thought all of the characters were quirky, interesting and so flawed in a fun way. I would like to go to one of Cousin Lou's parties and be like family.
