What can one say about a Stephanie Plum novel. Chicklit. Some laugh-out-loud moments, some for-crying-out-loud moments, and another quick, very light read.
Examples: "Ranger declined the butterscotch pudding, not wanting to disrupt the consistency of his blood sugar level. I had two puddings and coffee, choosing to keep my pancreas at peak performance. Use it or lose it is my philosophy"

Read it. Or not. I did.

I've read up to #6 ("Hot Six") in Evanovich's Stephanie Plum bounty hunter series, and this is the one I've liked best so far. They're fun reads, and I've become quite fond of the denizens of the Burg and Stephanie herself.

Although, there's a love triangle that starts in book #4 that threatens to be stretched way too thin. I'm already annoyed with it after reading up to book #6, and I've ascertained that it's still not resolved in her latest book, #13 in the series!
