It had worked itself up to be some sort of epic Twilight-like story, but it wasn't. I mean, it was trying to be, but it wasn't. The great thing about Twilight is that you believe it - every word, every thought and action, and especially the relationship between Edward and Bella. It's crazy, but you believe it.
