This sounds awesome...
I really really liked the premise, as I am a pretty obsessed with Peter Pan folklore and agree with the author that Pan is a dark character. However, the execution of this dragged on with over-the-top violence and fake kid "street talk" that I started to feel like I was reading fanfiction.

Oh wow, what a ride. This is actually one of the best retelling books I've read so far. I love the dark side of Peter Pan and his Lost Boys, told in a way that made me wondering who's the good guy and who's the bad one. I actually wanted to give this book 4 stars, but the ending costs 1 star - I hope Brom would do it differently.

I tried but I couldn't finish this book, it just did not hold my interest. I may try it again someday, but for now, I've had enough of this drag.
