Everyone who tells you that Robbins is a heck of a lot like Kurt Vonnegut is absolutely correct, at least based on this particular book. What really makes this one is Robbins's closing about making love stay - it takes what is otherwise just a weird piece of fiction and elevates it to something with a little bit more to say about the world. ...more
