It had the feel of a Plum novel and I liked the rhyme about the neighbors. It was a little too supernatural for me.

My husband bought this for me right around the time that our first child was born - I can't remember now if he bought it the christmas before, or if he bought it BECAUSE of the baby ... at any rate, I ended up reading it while breastfeeding in the middle of the night: baby in one arm, book in the other. I remember being surprised at (a) how easy it was to hold both baby and book successfully, and (b) how entertaining the book was. ...more
