4,5 stars actually, and totally deserved it!! I think this is my first experience reading Stephen King's book, and whatta BOOK! Telling a time travel story is not an easy thing to do, but King succeeded to doing it effortlessly. Jake Epping is one of the most lovable characters I've ever encountered and I can't help but to root for him. The hypothetically story about "what if we can change one of the most important moment in history and make the earth a better place to live?" But is it really th

This was a pleasure to listen to as an audiobook. My love for King's books has been rekindled with this.

I found myself in the shower ruminating about the implications of time travel in this manner, really getting into serious debates with myself, before realizing it was a moot point, not being real and all. And I think any time an author gets me that caught up in their world, it's a good book.

I couldn't decide if I should give this 3 or 4 stars. I really liked the first two thirds of the book, before it got into the Kennedy assassination plot line. I was hooked at the beginning, but once it got into what seemed to be the main plot of the book, it seemed to drag on a bit too much. But I still enjoyed it and it was a quick read for how long it is.
