This is the first entry of a new series involving a librarian, and it quite good. Of course, being a librarian myself, I can relate to it in many ways, although fortunately, I didn't have to deal with any dead bodies! The story was quite good and well-paced, and I am looking forward to reading the next one. ...more

I enjoyed this cozy mystery. A librarian and a Maine Coon cat help solve the mystery.

Good mystery where the storyline has plenty of plot twists, totally did not see the guilty party until it was revealed. The feline star, Diesel, has quite a personality and it makes you wonder just how much animals understand humans. Great story set in the South full of southern manners. Enjoyable read and I look forward to read more of the series
