4.5 stars! I really like Liane Moriarty’s writing. I am have read three of her books and am always sucked in and finish it within a few days. Alice woke up after bumping her head and had forgotten the last decade of her life. It was quite the shock to find out that instead of being almost 30 and expecting her first baby, she was nearly 40 and recently separated from the husband she still felt like she adored. This review is for the audio book. I enjoyed this story, although I was frustrated by some of the "airhead" quality of the main character. It also seemed to have quite a negative message about friendships between women. That said, I liked the basic plot idea of someone losing 10 years, and how she would come to understand who she had become.
