And thus I read the last Dahl on our 1001 Children’s Books You Must Read Before You Grow Up list. It may be the best. What a great story! Dahl’s characters are vibrant, from Charlie and his little impoverished family to the zany Willy Wonka to the shockingly selfish children that are invited to visit the factory. Никой не би могъл да знае какво предстои в книга от Роалд Дал! ;) Тъкмо за това, а също заради цветущия език, които се лее по страниците като пенлив шоколад, и енергичните рисунки на Куентин Блейк - романът за бедния Чарли Бъкет ми хареса много.
Има скромната ми препоръка!

Loved it. I know I had and read the book when I was young, but really didn't remember it. What a great book though. Dahl just may be my new fav children's author. Good thing R has collected about ten more of his books. Can't wait.
