I haven't had such a laugh when reading a book since couple of years ago when I've read Jerome K. Jerome. Some people were quizzically looking at me in subway when I was reading and at every couple of pages I burst into laughing.
Although is based on some of the conditions of the 30s in Soviet Russia, I feel it can be an enjoying reading, at least for every reader even if it happens to not know too much about how it was to live back then in URSS. ...more
