This book wasn't sure what it wanted to be. It reads like a novel; there is alot of speculation (as oppposed to facts); and it wants to be taken seriously as history. Doesn't work. ...more

What a different read from James Patterson. Unlike his usual thriller, this one is combined with historical facts (and speculations) about the lives of King Tut of Egypt. Patterson offered a solution of the mystery surrounding the live and death of the famous King. His point of views are pretty interesting- jumping from King Tut's days, to Carter's days (the archeologist who found the tomb 300 years later), and to Patterson's days when writing this book.
