A bit like some of the other reviews. I'd almost forgotten I'd read this and only kept pushing on due to the number of (old) great reviews. The newer ones seem to have the same imprression as me, A simple fable of a young shepherds travels but there is little wonder, excitement or much of anything.Feel sometimes that it must be me but in this case just didn't get it.

Meh. A good enough allegorical story. I'm just a little bored with the "Follow Your Dreams No Matter What" camp. There's more richness and complexity to living a good life.
In other news, Jeremy Irons could read me the phone book and I'd probably stay mildly interested.
