I really enjoyed this book. I kept having to read passages out to my husband because the author has the most amazing turns of phrase. The book was like the most delicious banquet for your mind.

I totally enjoyed this book. Very poetically written. The author is Métis and wrote this novel based on a Métis legend.
The rogarou is kind of like a werewolf, and when Joan's husband goes missing for a year this is where evidence or lack of, points to.
Look forward to reading more from Dimaline.
