2.5 stars rounded up. Vanessa is divorced from her husband Richard. Now he's engaged again and Vanessa is determined to stop the wedding. The book jacket makes this sound like it's a thriller packed with twists. I saw nearly every twist coming from a mile off. The book spends huge chunks of time going over Vanessa's marriage and randomly switches into the past so much I kept forgetting what was happening in the present. I found the ending ridiculous and unneeded.

A page turner that’s is perfect as a summer/beach read. I never saw the twists coming. Read it by the pool as you sip a chilly, fruity cocktail.
