What Members Thought

When Jewel Bay, Montana is hosting a food festival, Erin Murphy, food store owner, is sure that it is a good thing. But when a snooty TV host comes to town to film an episode of his food show, and there is one murder, and then another, she is not so sure that the festival was a good idea. Of course, because of her knowledge of the townspeople and the food stores, she must help find the murderer and save the town from further deaths. This is a good second entry in this series.

I listened the audio book version. I really enjoyed the story. The characters are interesting and realistic. There was a good balance between personal relationship developments and the storyline. There were 2 crimes and the plot was interwoven well between the 2. Erin is a dynamic business owner and a good strong female character. If you like reading about good this book is full of recipes, sweets and wines. My only complaint was the narration was.a bit unremarkable.
