This is a complex story, which for me boiled down to families and behaviour. Adolescents searching for their place, babies wanted and unwanted, ordered existences becoming disrupted, and events and decisions from the past surfacing and affecting events in unexpected ways.

“The rich retreat back into their money”

My second book by Celeste Ng--I liked this one more than the first one. Interesting intra-cultural & familial relationships in a nice, neat orderly suburb of Cleveland. Borrowed from the library.
