What Members Thought
Interesting read about a couple who set 80+ fires in the Eastern Shores of Virginia in 2012-2013. The investigation aspect of the book including "what makes an arsonist" are much more interesting than the 2 people who set the fires. There's no big aha moment in regard to their motives so the book fizzles out by the end (at least it did for me anyway).

This was a page turner in a way that non fiction rarely is for me. I really enjoyed this fascinating look at a place, a crime, a snapshot of time. I wasn't at all familiar with this part of the Virginia coast but what an interesting area! Highly recommend!

fantastic! especially as an audiobook. and maybe made me interested in volunteer fire fighting?
