Very good read about one family's life in the Middle East. Each chapter is written from a point of view of one of the characters at a time 3-10 years later than the last chapter. Beautifully written novel told by several members of a family of the Palestinian diaspora who are repeatedly displaced by war and conflict but always reunited.
Well-written. Geographically wide-ranging, including a lot of places I don't typically read about. I didn't really ever get into it, but I'm glad I read it. The audiobook reader was quite good.
