This is the snarky yet lovable exorcist I've been looking for!  It is quite similar to The Dresden Files (except without the repulsive sexism), and published six years later than Storm Front, so one could think that Carey may have been influenced by Butcher, but more likely he was influenced by John Constantine of Hellblazer, which Carey was still busy writing when he started this book.   (And one could also saf ...more
