Phyrne Fisher attends the four-day, Gatsby-esc "Last Great Party of 1928" held by the "Golden Twins" Isabella and Gerald Templar, despite being warned off going (including being sent a poisonous snake). The party is too scandalous for Phyrne's conservative personal assistant to stay with her at the manor where the party is being held, so Dot brings Phyrne's clothing to her each day. I found the story scattered and uninteresting.
