What Members Thought
I love the voice of John Boyne, he tells stories with unappealing characters in a way that is readable. Pierrot, a French boy who’s lost his parents end up in the home of Hitler through sad circumstances. How that changes Pierrot - a darling boy transforms, and where he goes from there. It’s is an entirely different perspective than I have ever read in many WWII novels.
