I just reread this book and enjoyed it just as much if not more the second time. This book was absolutely amazing, a wild ride all the way. Mixed feeling about this book. I liked the character of Veronica, but i found the mystery ho hum. The dialog between her and Stoker was at times hysterically funny and always clever. I will definitely read another in the series, but i think it is better read that listened to. Not enough substance to spend 11 hours listening.

Here sidekick Stoker holds his own with her every step of the way. I look forward to reading the next in this series to see where things go from h ...more

This was fun and I enjoyed the heroine. The plot is so slow-moving though and ultimately was too fantastical for me
