This continues to be an incredibly enjoyable series!

The main character, Percy Jackson, is starting to grow and develop and really come into his own as a hero. Every book adds new characters that are equally well-developed and interesting. This book introduced us to Thalia and a gang of female maiden Hunters that were awesome. Another riveting story from Rick Riordan. The Titan's Curse is the third book in the Percy Jackson series and it will not disappoint avid fans. Percy and his friends, Grover, Thalia and Annabeth meet up with Artemis and her virgin hunters to save the world. Annabeth disappears early in the story and it becomes Percy's mission to save his best friend from peril at the hands of his nemesis Luke. The third book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, and it's still going strong. I quite enjoyed the ending, which I totally called! I can't wait to drive to work tomorrow so that I can continue the story with book 4! ...more

The third book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. Percy, Annabeth, Thalia and Grover are trying to to rescue to half blood children from a boarding school when they are attacked by a manticore. Artemis and her Hunters show up to assist. Annabeth vanishes and soon Artemis does too while hunting a dangerous beast. The book was pretty much non stop action.
