Thanks, Abhishek, for recommending this to me!
Vish Puri is a truly unique detective. If I were to try to describe him, I'd say, maybe, take Nero Wolfe but give him Stephanie Plum's friends and family, and set him down in Dehli.
One of the things I loved the most about Vish Puri was that he isn't morally conflicted about anything, he knows whats right. He isn't a troubled soul. He also gets credit for what he does, he's not just sure of himself, he's also recognized by his community as an upstand ...more

Thoughts coming shortly

Vish Puri is a private detective in India. he is hired to find out what happened to a servant who disappeared when Ajay Kasliwal, her former boss, is accused of killing her. Puri is also investigating the fiance of a renowned generals granddaughter and trying to figure out who shot at him. I enjoyed this book more than the other one I read in the series. Less boring cricket details and more humor than the third book in the series.
