I am in love with this book!!!! Seriously. I thought I'm over YA romance but turned out I'm still smitten with Ari and Dante's love story :D
I know some of the dialogues are repetitive, silly, and cheesy- but it is better than the over pretentious dialogues in most YA books. Also, I think all parents in this book are too good to be true, considering their background and also the setting of the story. But... nevermind! I still love the book!

Officially my first book of the year, but mostly I read it last year, so th last book in my year of reading 'a' titles. Being an audiobook, I had too many family members around to get the chance to listen to it in that far-too-noisy- time between Christmas and New Year, which was my original plan. STILL! Oh this was so good! A really touching coming of age story. I don’t read book blurbs so that I can be surprised so I didn’t know about the ending. And it mattered not. I loved Dante and Aristotle. Both quirky and odd and smart and loving. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. What a lovely surprise.
Really good YA coming of age story. Was a bit slow to start but Lin Manuel Miranda’s fantastic narration kept me hanging in there for the strong finish. I highly recommend it on audio, it has taken my mind off the scary world outside.
Teenage fears and insecurities are the subject of this YA book. It is a reaffirmation of love, whether romantic love or family love.
3.5 stars. A sweet story and the audiobook is narrated by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
This is heartbreakingly beautiful.
