Not one of her better efforts. I think the earlier are far superior to what she has produced since the beginning of the TV series. Maybe she is just too busy to write,

A xmas present. I've been a fan of Kathy Reichs since the first novel. I enjoy the cheesy TV show as well, mostly because I'm a Boreanaz fan, but that really has no bearing here.

I prefer Kathy Reichs when she's setting her Bones mysteries in the South, rather than in Montreal -- and this is a perfect setting and a wonderful story.
